- Recommend a good mortgage provider who will have the best financial program suited to your needs.
- Be available through phone or email if you have a question or see a property that interests you and
need information promptly.

TO HELP YOU CHOOSE PROPERTY I WILL:
- Discuss the benefits and drawbacks of each property you are interested in.
- Prepare a property value comparison to make sure you are getting the best deal.

TO HELP YOU BUY THE PROPERTY I WILL:
- Complete, present, and negotiate your purchase agreement to ensure your interests are met and you
get the best possible deal!
- Follow-up on your transaction during the processing stage to make sure everything is progressing
smoothly.
- Attend the closing with you and help answer any questions.
- Arrange possession of you new home!

association fees can impact your wallet over time.
- DON'T BE HOUSE
POOR. Double and triple check to be sure you haven't maxed
yourself out on the cost of your home and left nothing for maintenance,
etc.
- GET HELP.
